Please complete the volunteer registration form to help make this an amazing Argo event! All are welcome!

Volunteer Information Sessions

Registered volunteers will be emailed information about their duties and links to the Volunteer Info Sessions, including Zoom meeting links. If possible, try to attend one of these sessions. If you are not able to do so, we will email a recording and/or details.

Option 1: Friday, April 3, from 10 a.m to 10:50 a.m.
Option 2: Tuesday, April 7, from 1:30 p.m to 2:20 p.m.

T-shirts for Symposium Volunteers

T-shirts for Symposium volunteers can be picked up at the OUR office (building 4, room 408) the week of April 6-10. Hours of availability vary daily; please review the schedule to confirm your pickup times and ensure timely collection.

Monday, April 6, from 9:30 am - 2:00 pm
Tuesday, April 7, from 8:30 am - 10:00 am
Wednesday, April 8, from 9:30 am - 2:30 pm
Thursday, April 9, from 8:30 am - 1:00 pm
Friday, April 10, from 8:30 am - 2:30 pm

T-shirts are not available for pickup on the day or week of the Symposium.

Unfortunately, due to rising costs and limited staff, we cannot mail any T-shirts.
