Symposium Schedule

The 2025 Student Scholars Symposium and Faculty Research Showcase Schedule is now available for viewing and download. View the virtual presentations via the online conference site Gather.Town using this link. Virtual presentations are not live and can be viewed at any time until the day of the Symposium.

Notes about the Symposium Schedule:

• The schedule includes all symposium presenters, regardless of the session type. 

• You can download the schedule to filter, sort, and find a presenter (listed lead author), co-authors, presentation title, and faculty mentor. 

• For presenters who do not give access to include their names in the program/publicly, they are listed as "Anonymous Grad Student" or "Anonymous Undergrad." If you can't find a name, try searching for the presentation title or "Anonymous." 

• Co-authors are listed in the shared sheet. Lead authors/faculty - please share OUR correspondence and the schedule with all your students and co-authors.

• Check the schedule for updates, as some special sessions may need to be finalized until closer to the event dates. If TBA is listed for any session, updated information will come soon. 

• A reminder to virtual presenters: you are not required to be present in the virtual space. If you plan to be present at a specific time and would like to have that information added to the schedule, please let us know ASAP.
