Welcome to the 2025-2026 Student Staff Training! Here you will find training items including schedule, assessment, and links to resources.
All staff should arrive on time to their sessions. Most sessions start at 9AM each day, but certain days may vary, so check your schedule the night before!
All staff should bring their training binder to each session.
Lunches at Nautilus Market are optional. However, this may change if staff members are unable to show up to the 1PM sessions on time.
All staff are expected to be awake and engaged in their sessions, so make sure to eat breakfast and bring a beverage/snack to keep you focused.
Unless requested by the presenter, technology will not be allowed during training sessions!
All staff are responsible for learning the information in their sessions to be prepared for the upcoming academic year. Staff should be taking opportunities to ask questions during sessions, connect with their supervisor during In-area time, and use the resources where provided.
All staff should be using their resources as their primary reference. This includes the Student Staff Site, the Staff Training Site & provided materials. After these materials have been consulted, feel free to reach out to your supervisor if you have questions.
Returning staff should be engaged and contributing to the sessions, even if they have seen them before. Providing your best practices and advice to new staff is encouraged, while allowing them room to explore this experience in their own way.
All staff should be making plans on how best to care for themselves in their downtime. That includes taking opportunities to exercise and relax, making sure to eat regular balanced meals, and asking for help when they are needing extra assistance.
*This schedule is still subject to change as needed so check daily*
