Login to Mercury
Select "Residence Life Portal"
Select "Room List"
Search for the student by name, 970 number, etc.
Select the "check-in/-out" icon under the "actions" section.

General Information:
Residents receive free lock outs for the first week of each semester.
Every lock out after the first week should be recorded by submitting a form through the Mercury system.
Residents will be charged $10 per lock out.
Instructions:
Login to Mercury
Select "Residence Life Portal"
Select "Room List"
Search for the student by name, 970 number, etc.
Select the "lockout" icon under the "actions" section.

General Information:
Residents are able to complete and monitor Work Orders through their Housing portal via my.uwf.edu.
If you are assisting a resident or asked to complete a Work Order, please use the instructions below.

Select "Residence Life Portal"
Select "Maintenance Request with Person" or "Maintenance Request without Person"
Search for the student by name, 970 number, etc., or if it is a room or area, search for the room or area with the dropdown menu.
