Program Dates and Schedule
Dates: June 1 – July 24, 2026
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Full-Time Participation: Students must attend all scheduled activities, including laboratory sessions, seminars, workshops, and group discussions.
Important Note: Commitment requires prioritizing Program activities over other engagements, including personal vacations or extracurricular activities that conflict with the Program schedule. The NeuroNauts Program is funded by a grant through the National Institutes of Health; to fulfill our commitments to NIH, only students who can fully commit to the entire Program will be selected to participate.

March 12: Program Information Session Option 1 (opportunity for students and families to ask questions of the Program Management)

April 1: Application Deadline
Mid April: Select applicants will be invited for in-person Interviews
May 1: Anticipated Date of Award Notifications
Throughout May: Participant onboarding, information sessions, etc.
June 1: Program Begins
