After the Conference

Once you return to UWF after your conference travel,  you should check in with the department Office Administrator who coordinated your travel.  The OA will help you wrap up your travel document, submit receipts, and get reimbursed for any out-of-pocket expenses.  You should do this within a couple of days of your return travel. 

You are also required to complete the End of Travel Survey within ten days of return travel.  This is available as a new section within your original OUR Travel Award application.  To access your application, log onto myUWF and search for "OUR Program Applications" to access the application system. Once inside the application system, click on "My Applications" and click on the "OUR Travel Awards" for the current academic year.  You should see the Student Post Travel Report as a new section on your application dashboard (note: you will not see this section until you "accept" your award within the application system).  During the survey, you will be asked to submit a photo of you presenting at the conference, share a copy of your poster or presentation slides, and answer some questions about the impact of the conference experience. You can save your work and come back to it.
