Synthesizing Practices

What happens when students and alumni incorporate their art historical knowledge into other areas of study or work?

Synthesizing Practices examines this question through a series of video interviews which highlight how students and alumni use art history beyond the classroom in their educational, professional, and creative lives.

I am interested in how students make meaning from their education in the history of art - both during and after their university experience. I am most interested in how students apply or practice their art historical knowledge in different areas of their lives and careers.
