Go to the eProcurement website: http://www.washington.edu/admin/stores/eprocurement/
Click “Access eProcurement” icon in the upper left corner of the page.
Login using UW NetID
Click “Requisition” under “Create” in the menu in the upper left corner of the page.
Select Office Depot as vendor.
Click “Buy from Supplier” button.
Select Items from Online Catalogue.
Click “Check Out”.
Click “Continue”. This will take you out of the Office Depot catalogue and back into the eProcurement interface.
Enter a Title for the Order (ie “Office Supplies” is usually fine).
Under “Line Items” click the top most check-box on the left hand side to select all items.
Click “Edit”.
Enter a Budget Number – 06-0474 for most Office Supply purchases.
If ordering on 06-0474 or 75-0474, enter “OFFSUP” for the Project Code.
For the “Ship to” Field, enter “PHYSICS/ASTRONOMY”.
For the “Deliver to” Field, enter “C121”
Click the “Ok” button. This will bring you back to the main order interface.
For the “Ship to” Field enter “PHYSICS/ASTRONOMY”.
For the “Deliver to” Field enter “C121”
Click “Submit” to submit the order to Jennifer Raines for approval.
On the next screen, click “Print a copy of this request” to open a printer-friendly version of the order.
Email a copy of the order to Administrative Coordinator.
If Administrator rejects the order:
REDO the order.
Email a copy of the revised order to Administrative Coordinator.
When the order arrives, give packing list to Administrative Coordinator.
Notes: When ordering unusual or person-specific items, note so in the “comments” section of order. For Printer Supplies (e.g. cartridges and copier staples) send request to IT department.
ProCard Retrieval (JPMorgan)
Please go to the ProCard website, JPMorgan (may need to use internet explorer because the website doesn’t work very well with a lot of restrictions, which google chrome has. You can always try google or Mozilla first to see if it works.)

Go to the top right side where it says Division Card holder and select the upside down triangle
Select Transaction Approver
Go towards the top left side, and scroll over Reports
Select Report list
You want to select the report: UW Transaction Detail with Notes & Account Codes Report
Select Report Information downward arrow on the table to sort the report list in Descending Order
Under the required fields:
Change the report name to: ProCard holder-ProCard Report (e.g. Alexis Hall-June ProCard report)
To add a Name filters so you can search a specific person:
Select “Account Number is equal to ''”
Field to Filter On: scroll down to Cardholder’s Last Name
Enter cardholder’s last name in the Value * box (e.g. Hall)
Select Continue
Select Add in the filters added field
Select [Add a Filter Criteria]
Field to Filter On: scroll down to Cardholder’s First Name
Enter cardholder’s last name in the Value * box (e.g. Alexis)
Select Continue
To add specific time frame so you can a specific ProCard report for a month:
Select Add in the filters added field
Select [Add a Filter Criteria]
Field to Filter On: scroll down to Post Date
For Operation, select Cycle Is
For Cycle, keep Billing, and select Cycle Period (e.g. June -2020)
Select Continue
Towards the bottom of the webpage, select Save (will save the ProCard report)
Towards the bottom of the webpage, select Run (will produce the ProCard report)
Now that you produced the ProCard report, go towards the top of the webpage and scroll over Reports
Select Downloads
Now you will see a list of different ProCard reports. The top of the list is the most recent ProCard report. Reports take a few minutes to produce. Select Refresh List to see if the report is ready for download.
You will know when the status is changed to successful, and you can select and download a report
Download the report by selecting the highlighted in blue report name
Please keep the name of the report simple to Name-ProCard report (e.g. Alexis Hall-June ProCard report)
