The iSchool Teaching & Learning Team (TLT) administers and maintains courses within the Canvas Learning Management System (LMS). Therefore, if students have questions about Canvas or should problems arise while utilizing Canvas, students can contact the Teaching and Learning Team to help answer or resolve any technical issues. Students can also report or seek assistance related to accessible or inaccessible content. TLT can also answer questions related to other iSchool supported technologies such as Panopto, VoiceThread, and Zoom. If your question is about technology mostly related to learning activities, we're your team! See below "Other Help Resources" for more information.

The TLT also has a support button positioned at the bottom right corner within Canvas on every content page. *We prefer this method to contact us because it provides information about the course and page you are on and your operating system.
The TLT support button is positioned at the bottom right corner within Canvas on every content page. When you mouse over it expands to show "Support and Accessibility." Click it to open the dialogue boxes. (You can also re-position the support button to another location on the page using the handles.)
If you're looking for a specific Canvas feature like "How to submit an assignment" you can search the guides.

If you are contacting about accessibility, please use that drop down. All other questions can go to "iSchool Helpdesk."
