For this session there is no reading. For this discussion we will discuss:
What does Success look like for the Department?
What does Success look like for our careers?
What does Success look like as individuals.
The goal of the session is to explore SUCCESS for DEI initiatives as well as in our careers and general life.
Format of this session will involve breaking out into rooms of Faculty, Staff, and Trainees for small group discussion, ending with each group reporting their group’s perspectives. We will end with group discussion.
