It is encouraged that everyone participate with sensitivity to the fact that we all fall along a spectrum of experience and understanding with a given topic. 

This is a place to be open with our ignorance and compassionate to the ignorance and biases of others. 

You may hear questions or comments that make you feel uncomfortable. 

Group facilitators will do their best to intervene and address potentially hurtful or insensitive comments with compassion and understanding, recognizing that we always have more to learn.
