Team Player

Leadership Identity: Avid Team Player Promoter

My current roles involve me having to be a part of a team. I personally think that I collaborate well with others because I am open to new ideas, I voice my opinions when I want to be heard, and I try my best to build relationships with each of my team members. Therefore, I think having team camaraderie is necessary to maintain a functioning group and I find myself being someone who promotes that on a team by building those intimate relationships with my other team members and helping others connect with each other. Furthermore, I as an Avid Team Player Promoter I make sure that I hold myself accountable for tasks that I am responsible for in that team in order to be a positive role model for other people in the group. I think by making sure that I hold my end of the stick in a team it shows that I genuinely want to contribute and be a part of the group.
