Leadership Identity: Supportive Resource Guide
For the past two years I have held the position of being a Resident Adviser for the Residential Halls at the University of Washington. An important aspect of this job is to be a resource to the residents on your floor. This leadership identity has become a big part of my life because I am able to help others by letting them know that they can count on me.
