Supplies.mp3Every student receives a laptop for the duration of their enrollment at UVA. Computers are shipped early in the onboarding period to ensure the laptop is available in time to become familiar with the device and proceed with "Phase II-- Canvas Prep and Training" in this course.

Please understand that there are occasions when shipping delays occur due to weather, technical issues, or mailing address issues. Your Learning Coach Support team will be communicating with Learning Coaches about shipment issues should they arise. Please ensure you provided the Enrollment Department your current mailing address.

Elementary students receive quite a few supplies and supplemental materials from us. Middle and high school students receive course supplements and a set of supplies and materials as well.
UVA's Instructional Materials website provides almost everything you need to know about instructional supplies. A screenshot of the banner at the top of the website's home page is below (and the link to the website is provided further down the page).
As you can see above, there are three pages -- Home, K-12 Supplies, and Staff Information.
Home provides an overview of the support provided by the Instructional Materials Department.
K-12 Supplies includes an estimated shipment calendar for the material. When you are at the website, click on the link for the student's grade level at the bottom of the calendar to see specifics about the instructional materials for the specific grade level. The links are highlighted in the partial screenshot below. Be sure to scroll down far enough to see the links when you visit the website.
