Annual Giving: It Takes All of Us!

What’s it all about?

Your generous pledge to the UU St Pete is used to support the operating costs of running the church. This year (2026) we are asking for your pledge during early March so that the Board of Trustees have time to prepare the budget for our May 17 annual congregational meeting.

A pledge is a promise - a plan - to give during the coming year. Our bylaws require that we record a new financial pledge for each voting member each year. We need every member's commitment - it takes all of us.

Our target for pledges for the 2026-2027 fiscal year is $306,000. This represents 90 percent of our proposed total operating budget of $340,000 to pay for costs like salaries, benefits, building operations, religious education, music, and annual dues to the UUA.

Your pledge is for the church budget year of July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027.
