Begin the meeting by 9:45 am. Follow the Leader Script (link below).
As directed in the script, make sure you identify a host and discussion leader for the following Sunday.
Guide the discussion of the reading (or activity). If the group get off topic, gently guide them back.
Close the meeting by 10:45 am.
(If continuing the reading) Make a note of where the reading ended, either in the Sangha copy or by contacting the next discussion host.
