Submission dates for Sem 2, 2020/21

1st September 2021 – Submission of presentation link (YouTube) & Extended abstract

8th - 10th September 2021 – Live FYP symposium (Q&A only) – Examiners view presentation beforehand

13th September 2021 – Submission of Report, Turnitin & Logbook

22nd September 2021 – Students view examiner's comments for FYP report

26th September 2021 – Final Thesis submission (Undergraduate Thesis Submission)


*Submissions cut-off time: 11.59 PM on the submission due date.


Please submit your Report, Turnitin Report & Logbook here (Click on the above image) - by 7th July 2021

1) FYP2 Report - 1 PDF file in this name format: <Report_NAME.pdf>

2) Turnitin Report - Turnitin Report - 1st page only with similarity percentage (Make sure less than 30%) - 1 PDF file in this name format: <Turnitin_NAME.pdf>

3) Logbook - 1 PDF file in this name format: <Logbook_NAME.pdf>

Please submit your YouTube video link and Extended Abstract here (Click on the above image)

For presentation link submission:

1. Please prepare presentation slides on your final year project.

2. Please record a presentation video with your own voice. The video must be within 10-12 minutes only

3. Upload the video in your YouTube channel

4. Check the video setting, make it public and allow comments

5. Submit the video link here

For extended abstract submission:

1. Please prepare your extended abstract following the format in FYP website (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1P0OR0-n84CYp6918DyB2hefgJBac5evF/view)

2. Please change the FYP symposium date in HEADER to - 8th - 10th September 2021

3. Convert your Word file to PDF file

4. Rename the file to <ExAbstract_NAME.pdf>

5. Submit your extended abstract here

*Softcopy only, Hardbound Thesis NOT required starting this semester
