Essential Standards
While all the material in this course is important to your future math experience, the following material will be emphasized to best prepare you for success.
Essential Standard #1 - I can graph proportional relationships, interpreting the unit rate as the slope of the graph. I can compare two different proportional relationships represented in different ways.
Essential Standard #2 - I can solve linear equations in one variable.Â
Essential Standard #3 - I can analyze and solve pairs of simultaneous linear equations.
Essential Standard #4 - I know and can apply the properties of integer exponents to generate equivalent numerical expressions.
