How do I access the statewide WebEOC implementation?
Go to https://utah1.webeocasp.com/utah1/default.aspx and login with the credentials provided to you by your administrator or sub-administrator.
Who can participate?
Who can participate?
The statewide WebEOC implementation is open to any jurisdiction in the state with an emergency response and recovery function, including cities, counties, state agencies, higher education and NGOs. Partner agencies may also participate, including voluntary organizations active in disaster, utilities and private sector entities.

The Utah Division of Emergency Management has partnered with Salt Lake County Emergency Management and the Salt Lake County Health Department to procure WebEOC and the EMSuite from Juvare. We are providing these resources free of charge to the emergency management community statewide.
