What is changing? All utah.gov email accounts given to UDOT consultants will be deactivated. No new accounts will be created.
Why is UDOT making this change? To ensure security of the utah.gov environment and limit outside access to sensitive information.
Who does this impact? All utah.gov account holders who are not State of Utah employees.
What is the benefit? Improved security for UDOT and consultants.
December 2022: No new utah.gov email accounts will be created for anyone outside of Team UDOT
December 2022: DTS exception approved to allow Team UDOT to share work calendars with non utah.gov accounts
January 2023: Notification email sent to Team UDOT
January 2023: Notification email sent to all UDOT Consultants
February 2023 - March 2023: Consultant and Team UDOT ACTION ITEMS Must Be Completed
April 2023: Consultant utah.gov accounts will begin to be deactivated
