Position Description

Training managers like many other positions at the Utah Department of Transportation are dynamic and innovative. The position requires flexibility to meet the challenges of the organization. Collaboration is key and our training managers are often asked to work with other UDOT teams as well as with other state-level training teams. Depending on the training manager’s role, we may facilitate workshops, classes, online learning as well develop course materials. The opportunity for learning new skills is ever present as the Department’s needs evolve.
