Preconstruction

Overview

Keeping our community moving requires a great deal of planning. The UDOT Preconstruction division prepares documents for contractors to bid and perform work on our roads. From design through completion, the UDOT Preconstruction team provides the tools, training, and the support to ensure every project is a success.
