A. Experience/reflection in table tennis
The first time I ever played table tennis was when I was in Junior High School during the 9th grade and first half of 10th grade. My first impression of the sport when I played it was somewhat less difficult than the other sports that I am used to in the past like volleyball and badminton. After a few weeks of learning this sport, I find it quite enjoyable. Currently, my skills in table tennis seem a bit rusty because I haven’t played in so long. So, I’m starting to relearn all skills and rules of the game.

When it comes to exercise and sports, it is a known fact that it is very helpful for people’s overall health and fitness because it prevents many types of diseases such as heart diseases and even cancer. These activities like running, playing badminton, and others are necessary especially during this pandemic. However, I do admit not everyone can do sports inside their home or within their premises due to the need for large spaces and equipment such as a racket. Despite these issues, there are still some sports that people do that require minimal space or no equipment at all. An example of this can be free-running where people can run around within a subdivision or can also visit public parks with only a small number of visitors.

People don’t need to go to a tennis court or any type of court just to play this. As long as someone has the necessary equipment such as a tennis table and a racket or sufficient alternative equipment like dining tables and a notebook, then they can play it whenever they want.
