5. Group First Aid Practice Teaching Session
Along with preparing your activity plan, you will participate in a First Aid Practice Teaching session. This session will allow you to practice and demonstrate Parts 2 and 3 of the DRRM Fieldwork, ensuring you’re ready to teach essential First Aid skills effectively. The University’s Red Cross Youth Council (RCYC) will facilitate the session and provide feedback to improve your teaching techniques.

The visual aid should support your teaching and cannot involve the use of mobile phones during the demonstration.
After preparing your outline and visual aid, you will demonstrate them in front of the Red Cross Youth Council evaluator.

Each group will have 20 minutes to present and demonstrate the First Aid skill.
Submission of the UST NSTP CWTS Fieldwork Activity Plan and
attendance at the First Aid Practice Teaching Session are
mandatory pre-requisites for participation in the fieldwork activity.
Failure to submit the plan or attend the orientation will result in exclusion from the fieldwork.
