The Virtual Office is the official Live Helpdesk of the UST Central Student Council. In this helpdesk, the students will have the chance to state their concerns and ask any inquiries on a live platform. The UST-CSC will be assisting the students with their concerns and will answer their questions to the best of their abilities.

Please be informed that the queries that you may ask are not limited to these subjects
Inquiries concerning any information that involves the university such as facilities, requirements, documents, etc. Also covers inquiries regarding any university-wide announcements and policies.
Concerns that involve any student organization processes and operations such as paper processing, financial reports, partnerships, etc.
Inquiries regarding any information about the projects, events and policies the Central Student Council is implementing. Also includes any suggestions that may help the Central Student Council in governing the student body.
Concerns of a student that affects his/her experience and education inside the university. To address this kind of concern you must schedule an appointment with the Grievance and Student Welfare Committee.
Prepare any necessary documents before entering the Virtual Office. Also, prepare your microphones to properly voice out your concerns.
Click the “Proceed to Virtual Office Button” above. You will be redirected to our Virtual Office Zoom Meeting.
Do not enter any breakout rooms inside the Virtual Office. Wait for any UST-CSC officer to redirect you to a breakout room.
Present your inquiry/concern to the UST-CSC officer. If you want to present any document you may share your screen or send your document link in the chat box.
Wait for the response of the UST-CSC officer and communicate with him/her to address your concern properly.
Once your concern is addressed and if you do not have any further questions, you may leave the virtual office.
