Documentation Committee. This committee will be responsible for documenting all the activities of the organization.
Creatives Committee. This committee will be responsible for all the creative output of the organization.
Peace Committee. This committee will be dedicated to creating an atmosphere of peace, kindness, helpfulness and happiness between and among the members of this organization.
Monitoring and Evaluation Committee. This committee will be responsible for designing feedback mechanisms on the programs, projects or activities conducted by this organization.
Research Committee. This committee will be encouraged to conduct research on topics/agenda determined by OSA. Research results and outputs will be disseminated and utilized.

The Philippine Association of Food Technologists (PAFT) – Epsilon Chapter – EDUC, an organization of the University of Santo Tomas in the College of Education and the Department of Food Technology is committed to the Vision-Mission of the University of Santo Tomas through devoting itself to be a competent, compassionate and committed partner of the academe, the industry, and the government in stimulating investigation into scientific and technological problems, disseminating information about food technology, working for the elevation of educational standards in food technology, and spearheading relevant advocacies in the field of Food Science and Technology, to be of service to the Church, the nation, and the global community.
Vision
The Philippine Association of Food Technologists (PAFT) – Epsilon Chapter - EDUC, an organization in the University of Santo Tomas, a Catholic institution of learning in Asia, envisions itself to be a preeminent society of young experts in the field of Food Science and Technology, committed to the competent professional and moral formation, guided by the SEAL of Thomasian Education and Graduate Attributes, fueled by compassion towards social transformation, to be of service to the Church, the nation, and the global community.
Logo
The logo/seal of the Philippine Association of Food Technologists - Epsilon Chapter - EDUC, represented by a triangular shape, aligned with the SEAL of Thomasian Education and Graduate Attributes, symbolizes the 3 C’s of UST: Competence, Compassion, and Commitment. The outermost layer has a yellow background inscribed with the whole name of the organization and of the university. The second layer of the logo has a black background and contains the acronyms of the University of Santo Tomas and The Philippine Association of Food Technologists, with the student chapter Epsilon represented by the symbol “ε” at its base. The innermost portion of the logo shows an illustration of an Erlenmeyer flask, an industrial building, and a house, representing the significance of Food Science and Technology in the industry, food quality assurance and safety, and in households.
