The Pedagogue: League of Future Educators is an organization from the University of Santo Tomas - College of Education, comprised of the student body of the Bachelor of Secondary Education. True to its commitment in serving and representing the Bachelor of Secondary Education as they build connections and form the foundation of the future Thomasian Educators aligning them with the University's SEAL of Thomasian Education.
The Guild of Thomasian Speducators (GuTS) is the university's forerunner for advocacies on inclusion and disability awareness. It is a student organization based in the College of Education that exists to provide quality experiences and meaningful interactions between and among Thomasians and people with special needs. Eleven years strong, GuTS stands as an avenue to develop servant leaders, dedicated to the mission for inclusion within UST and beyond.
Established in 2010, the Library and Information Science Students’ Association (LISSA) serves as the official student organization of the LIS students of the University of Santo Tomas comprised of aspiring Library and Information Science professionals. The organization was formed to cater the academic, co-curricular, and extra-curricular needs of its associates. It has been a keen participant in many college and university-wide activities and has trained and produced Library and Information Science professionals to become globally competitive and responsive to the demands of a technologically-advancing society.
The Elementary Education Society (EES) of the University of Santo Tomas recognizes its role to uphold the pride of Thomasian educators and future educators through a variety of activities that would showcase the abilities, talents, and individuality of each member. It also endeavors to equip future Thomasian educators with the knowledge, skills, and competence through workshops, seminars, exhibits, competitions and other various activities.
The Philippine Association of Nutrition - Omega Chapter is a college-based organization also referred to as PAN - Omega Chapter which consist of students taking up Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. It fosters a sense of unity as well as advocates proper nutrition and healthy living to its constituents, to the Thomasian community and the nation as a whole.
The Philippine Association of Food Technologists - Epsilon Chapter (Est. 1976) is the student organization of all BSFT students of the University of Santo Tomas. As a student chapter of PAFT, Inc., it currently has twenty-five counterparts in different tertiary-level educational institutions nationwide. Its existence is rooted in its earnest aspiration to contribute to the dynamic development of its members by crafting opportunities for growth in the aspects of knowledge, technical skills, values, and advocacies for personal, professional, and moral formation. PAFT-E is a compassionate and committed partner of the academe, the industry, and the government in stimulating investigation into scientific and technological problems, disseminating information, working for the elevation of FT educational standards, and spearheading relevant advocacies in the field of Food Science and Technology, to be of service to the Church, the nation, and the global community.
The University of Santo Tomas Pax Romana is the oldest religious organization in UST that started in 1940s and upholds the University’s Christian ideals through various events and activities that confront of the twin evils of materialism and secularism. The UST Pax Romana is a known University Wide Student Religious Organization that is composed of four sections namely Catechetical Section, Christian Renewal Section, Cultural Section, and Social Action Section. It is a religious, educational, cultural, socio-civic, non-profit organization, and peace advocate.
Education Dance Company (EDC) is the official dance troupe of the College of Education. This serves as an interest group for College of Education dancers that would like to showcase their talents and express themselves through street and contemporary dance styles of dance.
