Title: Spectral analysis on ruled surfaces

Abstract: We study the Dirichlet-Neumann Laplacian in a two-dimensional strip on a ruled surface. We prove results concerning the existence and absence of the discrete spectrum of the operator, influenced by the twisting and bending effects of the strip. Additionally, for sufficiently thin strips, we establish the asymptotic behavior of the eigenvalues.
