Course Photos

The following photos are examples of projects and hands-on lab exercises in the Robotics and Control Engineering (RCE) curriculum. Students are able to engage in real-world control applications since the moment they start in the major's program (e.g., EW200 and EW202) up to their last semester. The RCE major requires midshipmen to conduct a 1-year long Capstone project where students can put in practice the design, programming, and building skills they have acquired throughout the semesters in a project topic of their choice. In addition, the WRC offers a variety of elective courses that include computer vision, robotic manipulation, mobile robotics, biomechanics, and cyber-physical systems, among many others.Â
