WHAT WILL I DO FOR PROJECT GO?
PROJECT GO PURPOSE: To evaluate your physical activity, sitting, sleep, and mental health during the Go Dons Get Fit Challenge.
- Wear an ACtivity Monitor
Wear an activity monitor on your wrist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for 7 weeks. This will record your movement (physical activity, sitting and sleeping). Note: this activity monitor will only show the date and time, and does not track your location.
Upload and sync the data via a free mobile app or with PROJECT GO research staff.
2. COMPLETE ONLINE Questionnaires
Answer online questionnaires before, during, and after the Go Dons Get Fit Challenge.
3. Participate in Go DONS GET FIT Challenge
Note: You must be registered for the Go Dons Get Fit Challenge in order to participate in PROJECT GO.
We expect the total time commitment for participation to be approximately 105 minutes across 7 weeks.

How do I know if I am Eligible?
To participate in PROJECT GO, you must:
be ≥18 years of age
be a current in-person USF student during Fall 2021
participate in Go Dons Get Fit Challenge (10/1/21-10/31/21)
be able to read and write in English
wear an activity monitor around your wrist for 7 weeks (9/24/21-11/14/21)

What will I get if I participate?
Upon successful completion of all questionnaires and return of the activity monitor, you will receive $30 cash.
