FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs) ABOUT PROJECT GO:
Question: Can I wear my own activity monitor to participate?
Answer: To participate in PROJECT GO we will have you borrow an activity monitor from us to wear on your dominant wrist. Our activity monitor will only show the date and time. You can also wear your own activity monitor to track your activity during the Go Dons Get Fit Challenge on the opposite wrist.

Question: How long is the study?
Answer: 7 weeks from beginning to end: 9/24/21-11/14/21.
Question: When do I need to fill out the surveys?
Answer: See the Important Dates Link here for the schedule of online surveys and tasks.
Question: How do I access the surveys?
Answer: We will email you at your USF email address a link to participate.
Question: How long does it take to fill out the online questionnaires and surveys?
Answer: We estimate that you will have 2 sessions that last approximately 30 minutes before the start of the Go Dons Get Fit Challenge in late September and at the end in late October/early November. You will also complete shorter 10-minute sessions in mid-October and mid-November. You will be given a 3-day window to complete the questionnaires. Question: Do I have to do the online questionnaire and surveys in one sitting?
Answer: You will be allowed to continue and return to the surveys to complete at a later time. Your responses will be saved. However, the survey must be completed by the end of the day according to the schedule. See the Important Dates Link here.
Question: Can I use my personal email address instead of my USF address?
Answer: In order to participate in the Go Dons Get Fit Challenge, you must register with your USF email address. Therefore, we will only be using your USF email address to communicate.
Question: Where can I get a copy of the Informed Consent Document?
Answer: Please email us and we would be happy to send you a copy!
Question: Where will PROJECT GO take place?
Answer: PROJECT GO will take place at the University of San Francisco, 2130 Fulton St, San Francisco, CA 94117.
