My name is Ijeoma Madubata and I am a current doctoral candidate in the University of Houston Clinical Psychology program, advised by Dr. Rheeda Walker. I am currently recruiting individuals who identify as Black/African American for my dissertation examining stress and coping skills among Black adults. This study explores how Black individuals utilize resilience in the midst of experiencing race-based stressors.
The study consists of (1) one 30-minute online survey, and (2) a one-hour virtual interview via Zoom. Participants will be entered in a drawing for a 1-in-4 chance to win one of fifty $50 Amazon gift cards.
