MOVEMENT ENHANCEMENT
This course provides training in different movement patterns and core engagement in conjunction with the principles of healthy eating and a physically active life. Students will be able to adapt and transfer the movement competency in different contexts (i.e. use of training equipment) to develop effective movements and increase the quality of performance. Thus, this course also helps the students develop their body awareness and movements through active participation in all physical activities involving balance, agility, strength, flexibility, endurance, speed, coordination, power, and others that provide the opportunity for the students to measure his own potentialities, progress, and health status as well as to compare his accomplishments with those of his classmates.
