Coping Skills


I want to let you know that I miss you all so much! This is not at all how we expected our last few months of school to go, and that is okay. This time may seem confusing and frustrating for you. I know that many adults have been feeling these uncomfortable emotions too. Here are a few ways to help! Remember to take things one day at time. Do things that your enjoy, get plenty of rest, learn something new and know that this won't last forever! I can't wait to see you all again once this has passed.
