Teacher will fill out the USD 373 Damaged/Lost/Stolen Form and contact the parent about damage and that the form will be coming home for signature. Teacher will send the form home with the student.
Student returns the signed form to the office.
Administrative assistant will submit Helpdesk ticket. Form must be signed by the student and parent before a Helpdesk ticket is submitted. Scan the signed form and attach it to the Help Desk ticket.
Techs will pick up Chromebook for repair and add the repair fee to Help Desk ticket and Infinite Campus.
Building principal will notify the parent of the repair fee.
When fees are paid or a payment plan is set up, the device is returned to the student.

Kim will work with them to set up a payment plan.
Parent will sign a payment plan agreement.
Kim will notify the building principal that the parent has contacted her and set up a payment plan.
If the parent gets behind on payments, a reminder is sent by Kim.
If they do not pay then it is sent to collections.
Our content filter gives us the ability to allow students filtered access to Youtube including the main Youtube site. Inappropriate videos are still not accessible to students. If there are still videos or channels that are blocked for students please fill out a Help Desk ticket.
Please DO NOT submit urls without knowing they are blocked or not by students.
Only submit the url if a student has reported it is blocked.
