Practice is from 3:30 -5:30 (please note some groups may work a little past 5:30)
ATHLETES ARE REQUIRED TO CHECK IN at the TEAM GARAGE EACH DAY
In order for athletes to be successful and improve, they must come to practice and complete the workouts. Athletes are required to check in at the team garage off of sophomore lot before each practice. Workouts begin promptly at 3:30. If an athlete is late, they will receive a warning the first 2 days and then there will be a discussion about being prompt for practice. 3 unexcused absences will result in an immediate excusal from the team.
While at practice , the athlete is expected to be participating in the prescribed workout by their event coach.
Injuries: We coaches do our best to monitor the health of our student athletes, but we are also not psychic. It is the responsibility of the student athlete to communicate with us if an injury may be developing. The coach's first course of action will be to tell the student athlete to go see our Certified Athletic Trainer, Jennifer Hudson. If Jennifer deems it necessary, she will call parents and ask that the student athlete see the doctor.
