Either select the "Print" option from "File" menu at the top or use the hotkey "Command-Key ⌘" + "P-Key". (or use the hotkey "Option" + "Command-Key ⌘" + "P-Key" to bypass the first print screen altogether and skip to #6 immediately).
Make certain that the Xerox Copier is selected; If it is not please use the drop-down arrow to choose the correct one.
Click "More Settings" in the lower right-hand area.
Select "Print using system dialog...".
In the window that pops up, insure that again you have the Xerox Copier at the top and in the "Presets" area you see either "School Xerox Settings" or "XRX Settings".
Click Print.

Retrieving Jobs from the Xerox Copier
On the "Home" screen, tap the "Jobs" icon.
Select "Secure Jobs".
Find your name.
Input Xerox Copier "Copy Code".
Scan-to-email Instructions
On the "Home" screen, tap the "Email" icon.
Select either "Address Book" for in building Scans or "Manual Entry" for external Scans.
Find/Type the name(s) of the desired recipients and select "OK".
Click the "Send" button in the top right corner. -- Optional: Change the "Subject" of the Scan-to-email.
Check that you receive both the "Processing" and following "Completed" screens, that's it you're done!
