The SMART Board uses a standard UBS A to B cable for its connection to your computer; most commonly utilized by printers.

If you notice that your connection is flakey (intermittent loss of connection or functions), purchasing a new one might be just what the doctor ordered. You can find a 10 ft replacement here.

If you have lost or misplaced your SMART Board pens and/or eraser you can buy an new set here.

Make sure that you have the correct version of the SMART NOTEBOOK software and drivers to run your board.
