16. Show the distributed equivalent circuit for a wire 100 microns long that has a resistance of 2 ohms/10 microns, and a capacitance of 3fF/10 microns.
17. A distributed RC circuit with fanout is shown in Fig. 6.25 p. 254 of the text. Write the expression for the rise time at node 4 in terms of the RC time constant.
18. Ernie Engineer designed a negative edge-triggered flip flop that he can selectively load with a new D value when load is high. Give the Boolean equation that describes the mux at the input to the first latch of the flip flop. Implement the mux with NAND gates. Describe the timing problem that exists if Ernie lowers load late, after clock has risen.
