Lab 1b has been posted. It is due 10/14/20 at 5 PM. If your inverter transistors are very large resize your inverters. Make the PMOS transistor for inverter #1 2.5 times as wide as the NMOS inverter, and size the other inverters accordingly.
The solution to Assignment 4 has been posted.
The solution to Assignment 3 has been posted. Note that the solution for question 8 took Vtn as 0.4 ignoring the body effect. This is not correct. You should use Vtn considering the body effect (0.55), and get the same answer as the posted solution anyway.
Assignment 5 is due Oct 1 at 5 PM. Please wait until after lecture 9/29 to work the fabrication problem 3.
Laboratory Assignment 1a is due Sept. 28 at 5 PM. Note the due date extension. Note the change to the C point of the inverter.
Assignment 4 is due Sept. 23, at 5 PM. Note date extension.
Assignment 2 solution is posted
Assignment 1 solution is posted
Assignment 3 is Due Sept. 15, 2020 at 5 PM. In problem 2, the mobility given should be for the NMOS transistor.
Assignment 2 is Due Sept. 8, 2020 at 5 PM. You should start on this assignment after Lecture 5.
