with Maurice Greene, 2-time Olympic Gold Medalist

focus points of the webinar

"Track is directly related to what you put in, and you have to go all in. Work ethic is just as important as ability."

"If you have any doubt [about doing well in a competition], you shouldn't be there."

Maurice Greene did a ton of mental preparation, and he thinks he won the Olympic Gold Medal 1000 times before he actually won it.

The night after breaking the World Record, he immediately thought about what more he could do, and he generally spent little time celebrating top performances.

A typical day during his athletic career consisted of: breakfast at 6:30am, lifting from 9-10:30am, track practice from 11am-1pm, and a combination of chiropractic work and physical therapy for prevention and/or other recovery measures for the remainder of the day.
