use all 24 hours in the day to be the best athlete you can be

A 24-hour day often breaks into 2 hours of practice + 22 hours of recovery, fueling, rehab, & stress management.

Athletes spend much time and thought on their workouts, whether it be reaching certain times or distances, refining their technique, or simply enjoying their workouts as much as possible. Workouts are typically thought of as a means to improve performance, but they actually break down the body slightly, before the body rebuilds, or adapts, to manage that type of training better in the future. The rest of the day is also critical to rebuilding and improving from training and often gets less thought. A range of factors outside of practices can ensure that the body improves from training, and this program looks those factors.

This program features experts on a wide range of topics to address the roughly 22 hours per day that athletes spend away from their sport. After an athlete puts in the work training, what should they do to boost their performance and health? What can coaches do to support? What can the support team (parents) do to help? The program will touch on a range of topics that contribute to the well-being of athletes. Ultimately, viewers will be equipped with a range of tools to improve their performance and overall health.
