The conference will take place at El Conquistador, a Hilton Resort,  10000 North Oracle Rd., Tucson, Arizona.   It is located about 20 minutes (9.0 miles) from the Tucson International Airport, and 1.5 hours (110 miles) from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.  

A conference rate has been negotiated with the hotel as follows:

Single/Double: $229.00/night

Note that there is a $10/night resort fee that will be added.  If you see a rate of $239 when booking, this rate includes the resort fee.

The room rate includes free wifi in your guestroom and complimentary self-parking.  In addition, guests will have daily use of the fitness facilities and wellness classes for 2 people, 10% discount at the Gift Shop, 20% discount at SpaWell, 1 hour use of putting green per day, discounted golf green fees, and 2 hours of bike usage for 2 people/day.
