The registration fees for the conference are listed below. The fees include access to all the technical and general sessions, a welcome reception, all breaks, lunch each day of the conference, a conference dinner on one evening, program and access to all the abstracts.
Early registration is now open and will continue until March 15. Late registration is from March 16 - April 25.
Early Registration - January 15 through March 15:
USACM Member: $650.00
USACM Non-Member: $725.00
Student: $450.00
Late Registration - March 16 - April 25:
USACM Member: $750.00
USACM Non-Member $825.00
Student: $500.00

Logon to the submissions site at submissions.pd25.usacm.org.
Click on "Registration" in the left menu.
Complete the online registration form and make payment.
If you are attending but not making a presentation:
Create an account.
Click on "Registration" in the left menu.
Complete the online registration form and make payment.

USACM Member. The USACM Member rate is for all who are currently members of the U S Association for Computational Mechanics. If you are not a member of USACM, you will need to pay the NonMember rate.
Post-Doctoral Fellows. Post-Doctoral Fellows must pay the non-student rate.
Students. You must currently be an undergraduate or graduate student in a degree-seeking academic program to qualify for the student rate.
Payment. The preferred method of payment is by credit card. However, there is also the option to pay by wire transfer or other offline means. This option will be available on the payment page. Note that there is an additional charge if paying by wire transfer.
Cancellations and refunds. In the event you need to cancel, send an email requesting a refund to us at admin@usacm.org by the end of the day on April 7th. If approved, we will refund your registration less an administrative fee of $50. No refunds will be approved beginning April 8.
