Rhode Island Department of Education SIFE Practical Tool

This practical tool for supporting SIFE was created by Dr. Rabia Hos in collaboration with the Rhode Island Department of Education in 2019. It includes some background information on SIFE, provides tools and actionable steps for the identification of SIFE, as well as 
tools and resources for administrators of ESL programming, teachers of SIFE, and community resources for SIFE.

Bridges-Online Resources and Lesson Plans for SIFE

Bridges to Academic Success is a project for supporting SIFE that was developed by CUNY researchers and content developers, language and literacy teachers, and school administrators in secondary schools throughout New York State with funding from New York State Education Department.
