Personal and emotional support, mental health support and counserlling from the Student Wellbeing Service.

The Chaplaincy is a safe and inclusive social space. Open to all students. regardless of your values and beliefs. Free tea and coffee is available every day during the week. 

Reslife offer 24/7 support for students living in halls and accommodation.


Support with finding part-time jobs, career planning, work experience and volunteering, graduate jobs, further study or starting up a business.


For help managing your money effectively and advice on student loans in liaison with Student Finance England. 

For advice and support on visas and queries around studying abroad.

If you're looking for flatmates or somewhere to live, or need help dealing with contracts, landlords, lettings agents or neighbours, the student housing team can help. 


On hand to support students with a wide range of university IT issues including Wi-Fi, email and computer account assistance. 


A restorative service that supports students to repair relationships in a safe, supportive environment, in partnership with the Portsmouth Mediation Service.



The Additional Support and Disability Advice Centre (ASDAC) supports students and applicants who disclose a disability or require additional support for their studies.



As a University of Portsmouth student, you can access extensive support to help you during your studies.
