We hope University will be one of the best experiences of your life! But, was also know that there are ups and downs you will experience. We are here to help if you do have any issues.

Here at the Advice Service, we offer free, confidential, impartial and non-judgemental support. We provide advice and guidance on a range of academic and university issues that you may face throughout your studies. We can help you understand the University's policies and procedures, as well as support you with any University meetings.

Our team of trained staff and peer advisors are on hand all year round to offer guidance when it's needed most. We work closely with the University of Portsmouth to resolve issues that may arise and ensure that all students are treated fairly.

Your advisor will ask you about your situation and talk you through how to proceed, outlining some clear next steps to take. Any decisions made are completely your own as we are here to support students to feel empowered about the best path forwarded for themselves.
