Senior Tributes

How to Order and Submit your Senior Tribute:

First:
Order a Senior Tribute, please first purchase the tribute through TouchBase.

1. Enter your Skyward/Family Access username and password

2. Select your student's name

3. Select Shop Items At All Schools

4. Select Click Here for CHS Items

5. Select Yearbook Fees

6. Click BUY on the size you are wanting to purchase and proceed to checkout. 

Next:
You must submit the require materials for your senior tribute. There are two options to complete this task:

Option 1 (PREFERRED)
Complete the Google form below. Remember to include ALL materials and online payment receipt number. This method helps us organize and funnel materials more efficiently and with fewer errors. 

Option 2
If you do not have a Google account, and do not wish to create one in order to complete the Google Form, you may send your materials to chsvalhalla@upsd83.org.
Label the subject line "(Student Name) Senior Tribute" and please include the following:

• Student's full legal name 

• Student's name as it will appear on the Senior Tribute

• Purchaser's name

• Purchaser's address

• Purchaser's phone number

• The size of the tribute ordered (eg. Full Page Color-Approx. 10 pictures and 150 words of text)

• Online purchase receipt number

• The message to your senior (please keep in mind word count for the size you ordered)

• Finally, attach your photos to the email (please include no more than the number of photos allowed for the size you ordered)
