  • This method makes it easy for us to collect and include your senior portrait in our yearbook.

• If you don't have a Google account, and do not wish to create one in order to complete the Google Form below, you may email your portraits to chsvalhalla@upsd83.org.

• Write "Senior Portrait" in the subject line so we can retrieve your image.

• Please do not send more than one image or our staff will use their own discretion as to which image to use.
