Select a Level 4 spot if the swimmer needs to work on the following:

• Crawlstroke w/ Sidebreathing

• Backstroke

• Kneel Diving

Select a Level 5 spot if the swimmer needs to work on the following:

• Crawlstroke w/ Sidebreathing for longer distances

• Backstroke for longer distances

• Elementary Backstroke kick 

• Diving

Select a Level 6 spot if the swimmer needs to work on the following:

• Crawlstroke w/ Sidebreathing for 25-50 yards

• Backstroke for 25-50 yards

• Elementary Backstroke

• Treading Water

Select a Level 7 spot if the swimmer needs to work on the following:

• Increased distances of level 6 strokes

• Breaststroke kick

• Treading Water 

Select a Level 8 spot if the swimmer needs to work on the following:

• Increased distances of level 7 strokes

• Breaststroke (25 yards)
